SumoSprings are a patented suspension solution made out of micro-cellular urethane, a sort of superdense foam that captures air in millions and millions of cells. With different colors indicating different densities according to purpose, they are unlike any suspension helper you have ever seen.
Trailers can be rough riders and challenging to drive as they bounce and sway. Trailer SumoSprings increase safety by reducing the load on the leaf spring assembly. They feature the same micro-cellular air spring technology as SumoSprings.
Coil SumoSprings, made from the same micro-cellular urethane used in SumoSprings and Trailer SumoSprings, improve the load leveling ability of OE front and rear coil springs, increasing capacity by 15-30%. Coil SumoSprings are installed simply by sliding them between the turns of the unloaded coil spring. The material's progressive spring rate creates a cushion that enhances capacity and ride comfort.
SuperSway-Stops, manufactured from dense micro-cellular urethane, provide additional stability for trucks equipped with auxiliary top overload leaf springs and air springs. They have a progressive spring rate, just like SumoSprings, and provide additional resistance under greater loads.
SuperCoils are heavy duty, high-quality steel coil springs that replace your OE coil springs. Like other coil springs, SuperCoils have a linear/constant spring rate. While SumoSprings are used WITH your existing coil springs (or SuperCoils), SuperCoils REPLACE your factory coil springs. A very popular solution is to install SuperCoils and complement them with SumoSprings Solo instead of factory bump stops.
SuperSprings are a unique, patented self-adjusting suspension stabilizing system for vehicles with rear leaf springs, designed to level loads and reduce body roll. They provide extra load support without compromising ride quality. SuperSprings are designed with various shackles that will have 1, 2, or 3 bolt holes that allow the installer to adjust the pre-load tension. The patented roller shackle on each end allows for self-adjustment as weight changes.
