Model: 2005 Nissan Frontier 4WD Crew Cab LE
Question: I need to replace the front shocks and the 4 arms since they are worn out. I'm looking for a better than OEM product so I can get better suspension and handling. Maybe also leveling the front with the rear... I'm no expert at it... What do you recommend that would give good performance, way better than factory? I was looking at bilstein products they seem to be the better, you tell me. Thanks for all the info you can provide me with.
Answer: You definitely want the Bilstein 5100 series. These are high pressure monotube shocks that will give you much better performance than the stock shocks, plus they have an adjustable spring perch for up to 2.5 inches of leveling in the front. The rear will also work with up to an inch of added lift in the back. You can see those here:
