The tug of war is the ultimate display of vehicular strength. Sure tractor pulls are basically the same thing but with a ton more weight, but it's like track and field vs wrestling, with a tractor pull you're only competing against times, in a tug of war you're competing against another truck.

A VW Touareg V10 TDI takes on a Chevy Silverado 2500 HD with the Duramax diesel and stacks, which would lead me to assume he's got other mods. The Duramax takes off in 4WD and drags the Touareg TDI a few feet before the Touareg recovers. The uploader says that the Chevy broke his steering (and his T Case maybe?) when he started hopping and that the owner was so heartbroken after being beaten that badly that he sold the truck. Hopefully he'll be back with something impressive for the rematch. Maybe a G63 AMG or a Cayenne Turbo (since the VW Touareg/ Audi Q7/ Porsche Cayenne Triplets have V6 TDI now with only 406 lb-ft of torque).
