The Bilsteins are a heavy duty shock, so they will be stiffer than the Monroes, but will give you more control over the RV, especially at highway speeds and on rough roads. The parts we have equivalent to your Monroes are the F4-BE5-B402-H0 in the front and F4-BE5-B403-H0. Those parts and the Monroes you have right now aren't designed for the 2002 Endeavor chassis, they are only recommended for 2004+ roadmaster shassis with 8 airbags, but if the Monroes are working for you, the Bilsteins will fit.
