Leveling Shocks for 2010 GMC Sierra
Question: On the Rancho web site it say the rs999785 and rs999198 shocks can be used on a 2010 GMC Sierra truck, but states "except Z71 ". Could you tell me why or if there are lift shocks that would work on a Z71?
Answer: Unfortunately that is accurate. The Z71 uses a different spring than the standard Sierra, and Rancho says that the Z71 spring won't work with the Quicklift. We do sell Bilstein 5100 series height adjustable front shocks for the 2010 Sierra that are designed to work with the Z71.
